Anyone who refers a client to us gets a 5% referral check at the end of the month for referrals in that month and previous client-referral renewals.
You get paid for every service provided, year after year, no expiration.

At a Lawyer or Certified public accountants hourly rates, they are doing their clients a favor by having them spend $49.00 for our Idaho registered agent service, and they are enabling themselves to get more billable hours in their day. We can notify a lawyer at the same time we notify our client of service of process if so elected. Some attorneys and accountants have weird “code of ethic” rules that they have to follow. There is obviously no big conspiracy to team up with attorneys or accountants on this. A 5% check of $49.00 registered agent service, or $99 incorporation service, is not very much money for an attorney or accountant. Our fees are the lowest in any of the 50 states, and half of anyone in Idaho. They could refer their clients to the big national registered agents which charge 100-280.00 a year. This is just a way of saying thank you for a referral. If the client, attorney, or accountant feels uncomfortable with this practice, we do not have to do it. If we run into the attorney or accountant in person, we will give them a good handshake, tell them thank you in person, and maybe even give them a hug, if it makes everyone feel better. |
