If you already have an entity and need documentation for another name you use in Idaho, this is the right form for you. You can use this form to open bank accounts and set up vendors.
We can set up as many Idaho assumed business names as you would like. The registrations last for 5 years with the State. Although they do not reserve your assumed name, it does show a little more legitimacy for you when you use the name. Idaho banks will open bank accounts for people just using an assumed business name.
